CBC Topical Index

This page is an index to the other Web pages in this site. Several new topic pages are in work. As I complete additional pages links will be added to this index. The six Constitutional Enterprise Newsletters are also a good source for information about CE. (In some cases the links below will take you to newsletters, because I haven't completed separate pages for each topic.)

Frequently Asked Questions — Gives answers to questions which people have asked. If the answer requires more than just a short explanation, I build a separate page and include it as a topic below.

How is CE is different? — Explains how CE is different from other business methodologies; including, traditional business structures, other market-based systems, and bottom-up or cooperative systems. It also describes how CE is different from the perspective of employees working within a CE structured business.

How Socialism Began — Shows the ideological relationships between business structures and Socialistic structures. The purpose of this comparison is to show how we can learn from the mistakes of Socialism to improve our businesses and at the same time possibly prevent the recurring infusion of socialistic practices into government.

The LEO Perception/Behavior Model—Introduces a new theory of motivation and explains how perceptions of Legitimacy, Equity, and Opportunity affect the degree of responsibility people take for their actions.

Internal Market System—Links to CE Newsletter Volume 2 Number 1. (A separate Topic page is in work.) Contains a description of the Internal Market system of CE.

Profit System—Links to CE Newsletter Volume 2 Number 1. (A separate Topic page is in work.) Contains a description of the Profit system of CE.

Constitutional System—Links to CE Newsletter Volume 2 Number 4. (A separate Topic page is in work.) Contains a description of the Constitutional system of CE; explains the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches.

Sample Constitution—A sample business constitution, prepared using the Constitution of the United States as a model.
